The i.MX6 Nano SOM based on the i.MX6Q SoC from NXP is among the smallest i.MX Designs from Mistral. The Nano SOM and ViseBoard are built using the micro-BGA (0.4mm Pitch 12mm x 12mm) using PoP (Package on Package) memory assembly to ensure compact package. With a PCB size of just 44mm X 26mm, the i.MX6 Nano SOM is one of the smallest i.MX based SOMs available in the market currently.
