Prior to Cyient, Murali was the CEO of Engineering Services at Pennar Industries Limited, where he successfully implemented SAP S/4HANA for a $245M business spanning multiple manufacturing units. He also spearheaded the development of new engineering products and services for the Defence, Automotive, and Steel sectors, contributing to business diversification and growth.

As Vice President at AXISCADES Engineering Technologies, Murali led a $22M global delivery business, overseeing four delivery centers across India, the US, and Europe. His exceptional contributions to the Mining & Construction Machinery and Automotive sectors earned him the prestigious Chairman’s Award for Excellence.

Earlier, as CTO at Esquire Engineering Solutions, Murali directed product design and engineering services for over 100 clients across the Steel, Automotive, Industrial, Defence, and Aerospace sectors, marking a pivotal phase in his leadership journey.

Murali holds a Postgraduate Program in Digital Transformation from Purdue University and an MBA in General Management from Anna University. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Design. A champion of AI, Digital Transformation, and strategic execution, Murali combines his extensive global experience with a passion for innovation, talent transformation, and operational excellence to deliver impactful solutions across industries.

Suresh is a thorough professional with over 29 years of experience in Finance and Accounting function in various industries including Manufacturing, Aerospace and Defense, IT Service and Venture Capital. As the CFO of Mistral Solutions, Suresh is a part of the Senior Management team providing leadership and guidance w.r.t to the financial functioning of organization.

In his span of experience as a Head of the finance team, Suresh has managed finance and accounting and risk management operations of companies, including development of a financial and operational strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems and report accurate financial results.

Prior to Mistral, Suresh has been a part of AXISCADES Aerospace Technologies and Jupiter Capital in various senior finance positions. Suresh is an Associate Member of Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India (ICWA), Kolkata and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

Ramanan heads the Core Business team at Mistral and is responsible for Defense Engineering solutions. With an expansive Embedded Systems career spanning over two decades, Ramanan brings with him expertise in Defence embedded applications and design architecture. He manages a team of expert engineers who are dedicated to architecting and building systems for Defence embedded applications. He ensures Mistral remains in the forefront of bringing technological advances to the Indian Defence Industry by being updated on latest technological advancements.

Ramanan started his career at Smart Transducers as an Embedded Applications Engineer and later worked at Dynalog Marketing Services, Cranes Software and Epsilon Control and Automation. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University.

With over 30 years of experience in the field of Electronics Hardware Design and Product Development, Selva has been instrumental in shaping Mistral’s world-class offerings in the areas of Semiconductor, Automotive, Industrial, Medical and IoT among others. Selva has extensive experience in VLSI designs (Chip designs), High-speed Layout Design & Analysis and IP creation. He has worked extensively on various Defence and Aerospace projects like Radar Data acquisition and processing. Selvaraj started his career as a Field Application Engineer with Digipro Systems Pvt. Ltd. Selva has been with Mistral since its inception in 1997, prior to which he worked as Senior Design Engineer with Cranes Info Tech where he was actively involved in the design & development of DSP based products.

As Head-Growth Business, Selva specializes in Business planning, Team strategy, Group management , Design architecture, Delivery and Customer satisfaction at Mistral. Selva’s technical expertise plays a decisive role in guiding teams to build path-breaking products and development tools on leading platforms including, in-flight entertainment systems, e-book readers, Industrial Cameras, head-mounted devices , bar-code scanners among others. He has worked extensively on various Defense and Aerospace projects like Radar Data acquisition and processing.

Sunil brings over 25 years of expertise in high-tech sales and business development, with a strong focus on the Aerospace and Defense domain.

Since joining Mistral in 2003, Sunil has played a pivotal role in the company’s transformation from a board-level solution provider to a comprehensive, end-to-end systems solutions partner. His deep market intelligence and strategic business acumen have been instrumental in fostering innovation and driving growth within Mistral’s Aerospace and Defense vertical.

Sunil has extensive experience collaborating with organizations like DRDO, Space, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and major defense system integrators. He possesses exceptional skills in assessing defense business opportunities and working closely with customers to design and develop application-specific, sophisticated systems for various indigenous programs.

His passion for sales, combined with his profound technical knowledge of systems and emerging technologies, uniquely positions him to lead and deliver large-scale, high-value projects effectively.

Sunil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bangalore, India.

Vijay is a seasoned engineering professional with over 32 years of expertise in complex embedded engineering design and development. His experience spans across Aerospace & Defence Applications, Consumer Electronics, Semiconductor Industries, Lifestyle Electronics, and Industrial Automation & Control Systems. He has extensive proficiency in digital, analog, and mixed-signal hardware design, seamlessly integrated with firmware development.

Since joining Mistral in 2001, Vijay has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. Before assuming the position of Chief Delivery Officer, he served as the Vice President of Engineering for Mistral’s Aerospace and Defence business. Prior to his tenure at Mistral, he worked with Webstar Software and Microcon Instruments & Systems.

Vijay is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Kolkata. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, an MBA in Project Management from Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu, an MS in Software Systems, and an M.Tech in Microelectronics from BITS Pilani. Additionally, he earned a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Alagappa Polytechnic, Tamil Nadu, and completed an Executive Management Program in Strategic Growth at IIM Ahmedabad.

Satish leads the “Chip to Product” engineering services business, collaborating with semiconductor and OEM customers in the California Bay Area. His focus is on building strong relationships with fabless SoC companies, new-age mobility firms, and technology innovators to drive revenue growth by enabling edge AI inferencing solutions. He also manages strategic partnerships and competency centers with silicon partners to expand the semiconductor business.

With over 30 years of experience in technical sales, business development, and IP-led engineering services for semiconductor customers and OEMs, Satish brings a wealth of expertise. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and began his career at Philips India. Over the years, he has worked with leading engineering services firms specializing in silicon design and product-enablement. Satish has successfully cultivated relationships and delivered significant growth with large IDMs, fabless SoC companies, and OEM accounts across the US.

Gopal is a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience in embedded design solutions. He has a proven ability to architect and deliver revenue growth, develop effective account management strategies, and drive market share expansion. His expertise includes increasing geographical reach, accelerating top-line growth, and implementing strategies aligned with market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs. Gopal excels at building robust sales pipelines and forging strong connections with key decision-makers.

Based in Dallas, Gopal has been instrumental in driving Mistral’s business across North America and Europe since 2010. He manages several strategic accounts, including leading semiconductor, industrial, and automotive customers in the US and Europe. With profound knowledge of executing large-scale, complex engineering design projects, Gopal consistently ensures customer satisfaction and fosters long-term account relationships.

Gopal holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from MIT Manipal, an MBA in International Sales from ITM Bangalore, and has completed executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Shashidhar is a thorough business leader with close to three decades of experience and expertise in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance, encompassing the entire gamut of financial reporting process, internal controls, strategy, commercial, fund raising, IPOs, treasury, forex, international contracts, governance, risk and compliance, ERP, direct and indirect taxes, legal and business operations.

He is currently the global Chief Financial Officer at AXISCADES Technologies Limited. He previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at StoveKraft Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in turnaround of the Company and successfully concluded its IPO.

His previous assignment was with WaterHealth Inc as Vice President & Global CFO. Prior to this he served as the CFO & Company Secretary with Tata Advanced Materials Ltd., for more than 8 years. His earlier stints were with the Inlaks Group, Carrier Refrigeration and a subsidiary of Glaxo SmithKline.

Shashidhar graduated in Commerce from Bangalore University and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA CIMA, UK, AICPA, USA), Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, CIMA UK), Fellow Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA, ICAI), Fellow of Company Secretaries (FCS, ICSI) and is trained in Enterprise Risk Management by Singapore Management University

Sharadhi is an Aeronautical Engineer, a Software Professional and an Entrepreneur with over 25 years of industry experience.

Sharadhi Babu is on Board of Directors of Mistral and is the Chief Executive Officer at AXISCADES Engineering Technologies Limited. Sharadhi has served as an Aeronautical Engineering Officer in the Indian Air Force handling technology and operations of Radar, Communication, Data Handling and associated systems. His work experience in the field of Software Engineering spans across several cutting edge technologies, Product Development, Systems and Application Development, Designing, Architecting, Building and Delivering several innovative products and many huge, complex Software Systems of Networking, Wireless and Wire-line Communications and blend of Open and Embedded Systems domain expertise.

Sharadhi co-founded M/s Adamya Technocrats and worked as its Chief Operating Officer.

Tanmoy Chakrabarty is an Independent Director on the board of Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He has a career spanning 42 years with reputed companies like Eureka Forbes, Electronic Data Systems Ltd., Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Tata Sons Private Ltd.

Since 2022, he has established his own venture, “Chakrabarty Consulting Services Private Limited” (CCSPL) and draws upon his extensive work experience and networks developed over four decades to collaborate with small, medium, and international companies, assisting them in effectively engaging with both Indian and global governments.
