Mistral’s VISE Board is a powerful i.MX6 Development Board built around the i.MX6 Dual/Quad Core, ARM Cortex A9 SoC from Freescale. Based on a dual board architecture, the i.MX6 development board consists of an i.MX6 Nano SOM comprising of SoC, PoP Memory, Flash Memory and Wireless interfaces and a Carrier Module comprising of Camera, Display, Audio, Gigabit Ethernet, Sensors and other peripheral Interfaces. The VISEBOARD from Mistral is designed using a micro-BGA architecture and PoP memory assembly to deliver a small package.
